OUR STORY
Vacation Planning Company was founded by a travel professional who had spent years seeing the gap between what the travel industry claimed to offer and what clients actually received. Big booking sites offered convenience but no accountability. Large agencies offered scale but no personal attention. Independent agents offered warmth but often lacked the supplier relationships to deliver top-tier results.
Vacation Planning Company was built to bridge that gap — a company with the personal commitment of an independent agent and the supplier relationships, training, and operational capacity of a serious professional firm.
We serve individuals, families, and corporate clients across the country — with specializations in FIT travel, MICE and incentive programs, destination weddings, faith journeys, and group travel of every kind.
What has never changed: every client works with a real person who is personally invested in making their trip extraordinary. No call centers. No bots. Real access to someone who knows your trip and answers when you call.
OUR APPROACH
We have built direct relationships with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, ground operators, and DMCs over years of consistent business. Our suppliers know our name and prioritize our clients.

Our business model is built on supplier relationships, not client fees. Most reservations come with no planning fee — you get expert service without paying extra for it.
